HeadStart Award

On Monday 2 March 2020, Mrs Stockley was presented with the HeadStart Award. The award recognises and celebrates everything we do in school to look after each other and support one another’s wellbeing.

In school children were taught strategies on how to cope with; emotions, difficult circumstances, school life and associated pressures etc Pupil Voice and School Council are very important parts of school life as children are able to express their views regarding any aspect of school life, both individually and as a group.

Some Year 6 pupils are trained as Peer Mediators and they are available on the playground for children to talk to about any aspect of their well being.
