Make a band from kitchen utensils
Make a smoothie
Send a video message to family or friends you can’t see at the moment
Set a dance alarm every 30 minutes
Make up a fitness routine for your family to try
Play a board game
Have a picnic indoors or in the garden
Have a pirate adventure; make boats from boxes or furniture
Have a ‘snowball fight’ with scrunched up paper from the recycling
