SCOpay - online payments for trips/uniform/breakfast club etc

Dear Parent/Carer

We have been made aware that some of you are experiencing issues with SCOpay.

After discussion with the company it appears that ‘dual authorisation’ may be required when you are making payment.

If you receive an error message when making payment, please check your banking app for the card you are using.

Banks/card issuers are increasing their security and you may need to authorise payment using your personal banking app and then return to SCOpay to finalise the transaction.

If you are still unable to make payment please try to log on to your account via the internet.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you are still unable to make payment after trying the options above.
